Heather R. Younger, J.D. is the founder and CEO of Customer Fanatix, an organization that helps organizational leaders and their employees find their truth. She does this through executive coaching, leadership roundtables, culture team facilitation, and scouring employee engagement survey comments.
As a best-selling author, international speaker, focus group facilitator, podcast host, and Forbes Coaches Council coach, she has earned her reputation as “The Employee Whisperer.” Despite being a big fan of Heather’s work for some time, we finally got to meet in person at Sarah Elkins’s No Longer Virtual event in Denver. The conference enabled people to connect with their online connections beyond the keyboard.
Since the event, I have been fortunate to have worked with Heather on her Leadership With Heart Podcast. But, I have only recently learned about her inspiring personal story in her TEDx Talk, “Transforming Adversity Into Opportunity.”
When was the last time you struggled to move past adversity or a challenge in your life? In this personal and inspirational talk, Heather R. Younger, J.D. presents a very useful technique that transforms adversity into an opportunity minus the huge therapist bill.
As a fellow leader with heart, I want to help Heather share her message of Transforming Adversity into Opportunity. Maybe together we help others change the way they look at their adversity and challenges too.
You can connect with Heather directly on LinkedIn or visit her website. You can also subscribe to her Leadership With Heart Podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
