Tim Robson, Managing Partner at H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC), a globally-dispersed executive search firm, joins me on my daily tech podcast. The company works to fill tech-focused c-suite roles and was established over a decade ago to disrupt the traditional approach to executive search.
The secret to their success is a focus on digital and technology across all sectors they serve. The rapid globalization and digitalization brought by breakthrough technologies have given rise to new types of disruptive leaders spread across the global hubs in the traditional and transformative functional areas of all sectors.
I learn how HIEC is devoted to nurturing clients and organizations with this new wave of leaders through a forward-looking vision, globally joined-up team, and bespoke consulting approach for each. Operating across 13 offices in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, unified by one global P&L and delivery model, they have cultivated a new professional standard that challenges the competitors in their field.
Tim Robson’s global experience and industry knowledge make him a much sought out search executive amongst the clients looking for international industry knowledge and experience. He also works extensively with Private Equity firms on initial as well as transformational management team build-outs for their portfolio businesses, as well as major Technology, Technology Services, and Business & Professional Services companies that are seeking to grow in their markets and beyond.
As a result, amongst others, Tim’s clients include Fortune 500, ‘Big 4’, and leading Private Equity companies globally. Before co-founding HIEC, Tim led his own boutique Executive Search firm, where he and his team specialized in providing C-level search and consulting services to the clients in Strategy, Management Consulting, I.T.I.T. & Business Outsourcing, and Technology Services industries across Europe.
He founded the firm after a successful ten year run as a search consultant for other London-based boutique search firms. Tim holds a Law Degree from Birmingham City University.
