395: HRTech – How JazzHR Is Using Technology To Help Recruiters and Hiring Managers
JazzHR is a powerful, user-friendly, and affordable recruiting software that is purpose-built to help growing companies exceed their recruiting goals. The software replaces time-consuming and manual hiring tasks with intuitive software designed to help recruiters and hiring managers to find, recruit, and hire the right talent, fast.
The platform helps with posting jobs from one place to all the major sports (Linkedin, etc.) and then allows you to schedule interviews and have other employees rate them based on the interview. You can even extend an offer right from the platform to a person.
After recently announcing that it has closed a $6.6 million financing round, it brings the company’s total funding to $25M since their launch in 2009. I invited JazzHR’s CEO, Pete Lamson onto the show to explore what problems they are solving and learn more about the current HR Tech Scene. Pete and I also discuss the affects of net neutrality.
